Step to the left and bend your left knee until your thigh is parallel to the floor. Keep the right leg extended. Hold for a few seconds, then return to your original position and repeat on the other side.

Position yourself on your forearms and knees, while bending your arms to support your weight. While keeping your back straight and leg bent, slowly lift your right leg back with your right foot up toward the ceiling until your thigh is parallel to the ground. Hold the position for a second, then return to the starting position. Repeat the movement with your left.

These really good for the inner thighs. You can wear ankle weights for this. Perform this exercise by lying on your left side and resting your head on your upper arm.

Support yourself by placing your right hand on the floor in front of your chest. Bend the knee of your top leg and slowly raise your bottom leg as high as you can. Hold the position for a few seconds, then slowly lower it back down. Repeat on the other side after you’ve done your reps.
