Cook the chicken wings in the soup together with chopped carrot, onion and celery. When softened remove both meat and vegetables from the soup and put them in an oven dish. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, add the sugar and caramelize it. Add ginger, tomato sauce, chili pepper and cook until it thickens. Pour over the meat. Put some honey on each piece of the meat, put everything in the oven and cook for 15 minutes on 200C. Make this chicken dish to your partner and you are in for a night of passion.

You’ll need: 450gr of carrots, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 4 oranges, juice from 1 lime, 1 onion, 100gr of walnuts, 50gr of raisins, hot cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Grind the carrot and chop the onion. Mix it together, add the lime juice, the oranges cut into cubes, olive oil, walnuts and raisins. Mix everything and leave it in the refrigerator to cool. Before serving add salt and pepper and, if you want some spice, the cayenne pepper.

4. Black and White Hearts

You need: 125gr of honey, 200gr of sugar, 150gr of butter, 50ml of whipping cream, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, 400gr of flour, 100gr of corn starch, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 125gr of white chocolate and 125gr of dark chocolate.

Heat together honey, sugar, butter and whipping cream until the sugar melts. Pour in a bowl and leave to cool. Mix all the other ingredients except the white and dark chocolate, add them into the bowl. Mix to make dough. Wrap the dough in a plastic wrap and leave it in the refrigerator for half an hour to cool.

Preheat the oven to 180C. Flatten the dough until it is approximately half a centimeter thick. Take out hearts with a heart mold and bake them for 12 minutes. Once cooled down, dip each heart one half in white and the other half in melted dark chocolate.

5. Exotic Bomb

Dessert like chocolate hearts could be a little heavy, so we’ve prepared a lighter version of a romantic dessert. Don’t worry; it’s just as effective, just lower in calories.

You need: half of fresh pineapple chopped in cubes, 1 banana chopped in rings, 1 orange chopped in cubes, 3 tablespoons of sugar, juice from half a lemon, 2 tablespoon of Blue Curacao liqueur, vanilla ice cream and 2 tablespoons of coconut flour.
