You can do it, just try!

3. Good Personal Hygiene

As with any other part of your body, keeping good personal hygiene is of great importance for having healthy nails. Wash your hands regularly and remove any dirt that might get stuck under your nails.

4. Keep Your Nails Dry

Try not to wet your nails too much. Of course, you need to wash your hands, but make sure you also dry them well. Don’t ever put rubber gloves on wet hands or do anything similar that will prevent your nails from breathing. Wet, warm environment is practically heaven for growing of bacteria and fungi, and neither of those brings anything good to your nails.

5. Nail Creams and Hardener Gels

If your nails are specially sensitive it is a good idea to apply special nail creams and hardener gels. Ask your manicure or your dermatologist for an advice which products are best for you to use.
