5 Cool Recipes for Mixing Pancakes with Jelly

There are not a lot of things I love, as much as I love pancakes. Basically, any style of pancakes is good for me, but I sometimes get bored of old recipes, and like to experiment with something new. Every now and then, I want pancakes with jelly. Every time, it results in a new recipe.

I’d like to share 5 of my favorite recipes for mixing pancakes with jelly. Some of them are suitable for American pancakes, some of them for French. In any case, before you start making any of them, you need the recipe for pancake batter. So, here it is:

  • all-purpose flour
  • melted butter
  • eggs
  • milk
  • baking powder
  • a pinch of salt and sugar

Whisk all the ingredients together. The amount depends on how many pancakes you want. The batter should be thicker for American, than for French pancakes.

1. Peanut Butter and Jelly Pancakes
