Today, while thinking about this subject, I’ve accidentally stumbled upon a quote from Paulo Coelho.
“A child can teach an adult three things: to be happy for no reason, to always be busy with something and to know how to demand with all his might that which he desires”
This quote represents the basis of a powerful identity. It reminds us of the pure unstoppable positive energy that we all had as children. Without this energy we can never build a positive powerful identity. We need this energy to push us forward.
Let us now go back to the beginning; to the very reason why there is a need to start walking down the path of powerful and positive identity change. Many people live their lives on the margin. Some of them prefer it that way while others feel miserable.
If you would like your voice to be heard, to have an amazing social life and a career, then this article will help you achieve you goal. The technique is simple but it takes a lot of work and self-discipline. Luckily, the results are worth all the trouble.
What is the one thing all successful and powerful people have in common? It is confidence!
Follow these steps and they will guide you to a new, confident you. Every step you conquer is a step closer to gaining confidence. Do not spare yourself of any hard work and prepare to educate yourself from scratch.
1. Find Your Energy Source
Bring back the memory of yourself as a child. That energy you had as a child; you still have it in you. Ask yourself why you have supressed it. Imagine yourself having that unstoppable will and confidence.
2. ID
Put on paper what you like and dislike about yourself. This will give you the clear picture of who you are. Start changing what you don’t like about yourself. This is a process so do not expect it to be done in a flash. Change things one by one; this is how you will improve yourself.
3. Take the Leap
If you really want to grow, you must leave your comfort zone. Do not be afraid to take the risk. The worst that can happen is that you end up where you are now. If you want to develop powerful personality, fear is not an option. There is no exception to this rule so you better toughen up.
4. Make Decisions
Who you are is the result of the choices you’ve made. Now, when you are reinventing yourself you will have to change the way you make your decisions. This will be your greatest challenge. When you are making decisions for yourself never forget your family and friends.
5. Determine Goals
Once you have clearly defined your goal, put all your energy into reaching it. Circumstances around you will change but you must learn to keep your course. Never give in and never give up.
After you build your confidence and find that child like energy, you should surround yourself with people who are willing to support your transition. They will give you positive energy and much needed strength.
