Housework – you say, and you suddenly feel motivated to go and watch TV? Well, don’t worry, because most of us are like that.
We all like to have a clean house, but the majority of us can’t stand cleaning it regularly. There are many ways to motivate you to do chores, and here are some of them:
Play Your Favorite Beat
It’s always easier to clean the house while your favorite music is playing in the background. The sound will motivate you to move, to do something, so the cleaning suddenly won’t be that boring.
Schedule an Event in Your House
Once you invite some friends in your house you will basically make yourself clean the place. It is embarrassing to bring the guests to the dirty, dusty room, so there won’t be a way for you to run away from doing the housework this time.
Inspire Yourself Online
There are so many great websites with amazing interior ideas, and ideas for decoration, and it is a pity not to use them for inspiring yourself, and motivating yourself to do housework. You might even get some new ideas and new perspectives, and you might even fall in love with cleaning and decorating your house.
Bring Your Friends or Family to Help
If you have some help with you, your housework will become fun. Some people really love cleaning the house and they will be glad to help you. You can offer them a great meal, or chocolate cookies afterwards, as a way to say thanks for their help.
Forget About Work
This may sound surprising, but doing housework can actually help you to relax once you get used to it. It can help you run away from daily stress of the working hours. Cleaning will make you feel more useful around the house, and you will feel better about yourself as a result.
Make a New Look of Your Place
Every now and then we get bored of the mundane routine and the look of our apartments. No matter how big they are, they can become very dull. You can prevent this from happening by changing things around the house every time you are cleaning. Small differences will do you good.
Lose Some Weight
Maybe you haven’t thought of this earlier, but doing housework can really help you to lose those extra pounds. You can burn a lot of calories while cleaning around your place.

I know how lazy I am, when I have to do housework, so I’m sure that these tips will help me. :)
Honestly i dont like doing housework but i will try this THANKS
I hate house work and half the time i dont know where to begin. Does anyone else have trouble staying in the same room while cleaning? Very frustrating when you find something that goes in a different room then take it there and forget where you were working to start with . Please any ideas to help me would be great. Thank you
I just go with a flow. If I have to take something to another room, I see what I can clean or bring back from that room. When I clean, I end up I end up walking around the house in all kinds of directions picking things up on my way. To make it more productive I try to grab as many items that go into the same room as possible. That minimizes my running around the house.
For me working at home is simple way to motivate u self so that even in offce u do the same way .
