What is a Brazilian Butt Lift?

Squeeze your glutes, then return to the starting position while keeping your left knee barely off the ground. Try this for 15 reps with each leg. 3. Squat Pulses: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes pointed out. Keep your arms straight while holding a weight or dumbbell at your center. Squat down. While remaining in the squat position, pulse up and down five times. Follow this up by getting back into the starting position and repeating the process 15 times.
