We’ve all heard that an apple a day keeps the doctor away, but there are also various other foods that people can eat to ward off diseases, ailments and just to feel better and healthier in general.

No one wants to go to the doctor’s office, sit in the waiting room, be seen for 10 minutes and told that they can’t do anything, have to take pills or just have to eat healthier. Then, a week later you get sick because of the doctor’s office. Nobody wants to go there and everyone wants to be healthy.
