Ok, I said it’s not all about them, but I still have to mention them. Cape Town is one of the best places in the world to try a variety of extreme sports.

Start by trying bungee jumping. It’s safe and it’s fun and it could be a great start, especially if you’ve never engaged in an extreme sport before. You can then try paragliding or skydiving. For the bravest of you, I have to suggest swimming with white sharks. Don’t worry, you’ll be safe in a diving cage and you’ll get to enjoy the view of these stunning creatures.
