There is no official recommendation, which says that green tea is unsafe during pregnancy. However, there are a few considerations to keep in mind, especially if consumed in larger quantities.

It is therefore not recommended to drink inappropriate amounts of green per day, and it is also advisable not to consume it during meals, for it may prevent your body from assimilating minerals from the foods you eat.
